Concert Band Broadcast Club
The St. Theresa Concert Band, under the direction of Mrs. T. Brown, practices regularly on Wednesdays after school until 4pm in Room 110 (the Music Room). Students in grades 9 through 12 are welcome to join any time during the school year. The band typically preforms at most school functions and occasionally competes at the Belleville Rotary Music Festival. The band preforms some traditional music, but more emphasis is placed on newer, popular music. Why not join the band and see how much fun it is for yourself! Students use the communications technology facilities to broadcast news interests, promotional items, and special presentations over the closed circuit daily announcements. Students meet Wednesday and Thursday nights to prepare for the Friday Video Announcements. Students from all levels, computer skilled or not, are involved and welcome to join anytime throughout the year.
