The St. Theresa school uniform has under gone several changes since the opening of the school, and has developed into a recognizable identity for the St. Theresa Community.

- School golf shirt (navy blue or white)
- Long sleeved golf shirt (navy blue)
- School dress shirt (tucked in)
- School Turtleneck
- School blouse (white and not tucked in)
- Crested School sweatshirt
- School vest
- Black Shoes (No Boots)
- Navy, white or burgundy: solid coloured socks, tights/pantyhose.
Male Uniform
- School dress pants or school shorts
- School golf shirt (navy blue or white)
- Long-sleeved golf shirt (navy blue)
- School dress shirt ( with school tie)
- Crested School sweatshirt
- School vest
- Black dress shoes (no boots)
- Navy, white or burgundy: solid coloured socks

- Plain white undershirt permitted under the uniform shirts
- Plain blue undershirt permitted under the navy blue uniform shirt
- Uniforms must be “H” crested (where applicable) and purchased from Halperns (exclusive uniform supplier)
